My name is Ellen Scherner and I have been a photographer for nearly 20 years.   I use high end Nikon Digital equipment to capture every expression, every moment that I see before me. 

I will come to your house for a one on one photo shoot.  I will set up a background to give you a more formal "studio" image. Many clients often incorporate their own props.  For example, if  you have a special chair, or even a wagon that has been in the family for years, what better way to remember it than by placing it in the photo.  This makes the photo more special and more memorable. 

If you prefer, I can shoot outdoors. whether it is family portrait, a session with your child,   or a combination, I like to take my time and find that special place for a memorable portrait. 

The photo shoot can also be a combination of indoor and outdoor.

After the photo session, you will be able to preview all of your images on my password protected website. I can also give you contact sheets if you prefer. After you have chosen your images, I will retouch them and email you proofs before actually printing them.
